PTFE coated fiberglass fabrics are made of fiberglass fabrics with both sides PTFE dispersion impregnated. It's Operational and dimensionally stable from -100°F (-73° C) to +550°F (+288°C), with excellent release characteristics, low surface friction, abrasion and Chemical resistant, also FDA compliant for food processing. We offer a full range of PTFE (Teflon®) fabrics tailored to diverse applications, including abrasive-resistant fabrics, welding release fabrics, food-processing fabrics, tortilla-conveyor belting fabrics, porous fabrics, thermal insulation jacketing fabrics and expansion joint fabrics.

Premium Grade PTFE Coated Fiberglass Fabrics
Premium Grade PTFE Coated Fiberglass Fabrics are with higher level of PTFE coated with high quality fiberglass fabric. Its surface showing a very smooth, low friction characteristics. It also  has excellent abrasion, high temperature, chemical resistance, the best release and good tensile strength. Premium Grade PTFE Coated Fiberglass Fabrics is mainly used in some special applications requiring an extremely smooth surface.

Industrial Grade PTFE Coated Fiberglass Fabrics
Industrial grade ptfe coated fiberglass cloth has medium level of PTFE content. This cloth is cheaper than standard grade, but it can achieve cost effective performance in the manufacure of heat-sealing bags, release sheets, baking liners, so industrial grade ptfe coated glass cloth has been widely used in some large volume industrial applications which is more sensitive to the price.
