PU coated silica fabric is a low smoke, non-toxic, Halogen-free flame resistant fabric that perfectly combines the exceptional high-temperature resistance of silica fabric with the excellent physical properties of PU coating, delivering superior thermal stability, durable protection, and practical usability for specific high-temperature protection scenarios.

  • Extreme Heat Resistance – With a SiO₂ content of over 96%, the base high-silica fabric offers stable performance at continuous operating temperatures up to1000°C. It maintains low shrinkage, excellent flame retardancy, and reliable insulation under extreme heat, ensuring safety in high-temperature environments.
  • PU Coating Advantages – The PU coating enhances abrasion resistance, tear strength, and overall durability. It provides effective oil resistance and anti-aging properties, while preventing fraying and fiber shedding. The smooth surface allows for easy cleaning, cutting, and sewing, improving processing efficiency and service life.
  • Excellent Drapability & Fold Resistance – It boasts good drapability, making it suitable for long-term hanging applications without deformation. Additionally, it is highly fold-resistant, can be folded repeatedly without damage to the structure or performance, and is easy to store and carry when not in use.

  • Welding Blanket – Used as a protective blanket during welding operations, it effectively isolates welding sparks, splashes, and high-temperature radiation, preventing burns to equipment, walls, and other surrounding objects, and ensuring the safety of the welding operation site. The fold-resistant and durable performance makes it suitable for long-term repeated use in various welding environments.
  • Fire Curtain – As a flexible fire partition and fire protection barrier, it is widely used in industrial workshops, warehouses, commercial buildings, and other places.
